Facilitation and Meeting Management

HRM Advisory Services, LLC, will free up all participants so that they will be able to concentrate on content and contribute to discussions productively when it facilitates your meeting. Even more, HRM will make the arrangements for your meeting, working independently or with your staff to reserve hotel meeting rooms and accommodations, and will perform other services such as note taking and scheduling presenters. Investigations

Jake Greene is an experienced investigator, having completed employee misconduct investigations for the Departments or Agriculture and Interior. He is an EEO Commission trained and certified investigator, and has completed EEO investigations for agencies such as the Departments of Transportation, Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services. Moreover, Jake knows what is needed to support or controvert an Office of Workers Compensation Programs claim. In any inquiry, Jake knows what questions to ask and how to follow them up, and will get your investigation out timely and in a fashion that is useful to you.

Writing and Editorial Services

Jake has written all kinds of documents: land management plans, environmental assessments, technical reports, and responses to congressional inquiries, as well as the more ordinary explanatory and regulatory letters related to disciplinary and performance related actions.
